When paper is loaded in the paper tray, set the paper size (direction) on the control panel.

Specify the paper output direction in the printer driver.
Windows: Main > Paper Output Settings
Mac OS: Print Settings > Output Direction
When you select Non-standard, you can print and eject on a paper source that has been loaded in a different direction from the standard (A4 landscape/A5 portrait).
