You can check the status of consumables from the printer's control panel. Select 
on the home screen, and then select Replacement Parts.
To select an item, use the
buttons, and then press the
OK button.
You can also check the status of consumables on the Epson Status Monitor if it is installed.
is displayed on the LCD screen when the consumable is nearing the end of its service life. You can continue to print but prepare a new consumable item before it reaches the end of its service life.
