Printed Characters Are Incorrect or Garbled

There is a problem with the usage environment.

Solutions

If you can perform test printing or status printing correctly, there may be a problem in the usage environment. Check the following points.

  • The printer is connected correctly with the correct cable.

  • The computers specifications support the printer's system requirements.

You are using the printer driver for a different printer.

Solutions

Make sure that the printer driver you are using is for this printer. Check the printer name on the top of the printer driver window.
