You need to select an output tray for printing received faxes.
When not using an optional finisher:
You can use the printer's built-in face down tray or face up tray. Select the following menu, and then select one of the tray options.

When using the optional Staple Finisher-P2:
You can use the finisher tray or the printer's built-in face up tray. Select the following menu, and then select one of the tray options.

You cannot use the stapling feature for incoming fax printouts.
When using the optional Booklet Finisher or other optional Staple Finisher:
You can use the finisher tray, finisher upper tray, or the printer's built-in face up tray. Select the following menu, and then select one of the tray options.
Settings > General Settings > Printer Settings > Output: Fax

You cannot use the stapling feature for incoming fax printouts.
When using the finisher tray, do not remove your printouts while incoming faxes are still being printed. The print position may be misaligned.
