Available Paper and Capacities
The additional feature, Detect Double Feed, can be selected from the Paper Setting menu on the control panel. Select Off if any of the following conditions apply, as the feature may not work properly in those cases.
The atmospheric pressure is 900 hPa (equivalent to an altitude of 1000 m) or higher.
Paper with a width of 190 mm (7.48 in.) or less is loaded in the paper tray.
The paper type is Envelope, Extra thick paper (251 to 300 g/m²), or Extra thick paper (301 to 350 g/m²).
