Registering Destinations as a Group from Web Config

1. On a computer connected to the same network as the printer, open a browser and enter the printer's IP address.

   You can check the printer's IP address using the following menu.

   • Network connected to the printer's built-in LAN port
     Settings > General Settings > Network Settings ( > Standard) > Network Status > Wired LAN/Wi-Fi Status
   • Network connected to the Wireless LAN Interface-P1
     Settings > General Settings > Network Settings >Network Status > Wired LAN/Wi-Fi Status

2. Enter the administrator password to log in as an administrator.

3. Select the following menu.

   Scan/Copy or Fax tab > Contacts

4. Select the number that you want to register, and then click Edit.

5. Select a group from Type.

6. Click Select for Contact(s) for Group.

   The available destinations are displayed.

7. Select the destination that you want to register to the group, and then click Select.

   

8. Enter a Name and Index Word.

9. Select whether or not to assign the registered group to the frequently used groups.

   Note:

   Destinations can be registered to multiple groups.

10. Click Apply.
