You can print a report to check the status of the network connection between the printer and the router.
Tap 
on the home screen.
Select When you cannot connect to the network > Connection Check.
Tap Connection Check.
The connection check starts.
Follow the instructions on the printer's screen to print the Network Connection Report.
If an error has occurred, contact your administrator.
