Selecting Errors to Display

Select the errors that will display on the device.

On a computer connected to the same network as the printer, open a browser and enter the printer's IP address.

You can check the printer's IP address using the following menu.
- Network connected to the printer's built-in LAN port
  
  Settings > General Settings > Network Settings ( > Standard) > Network Status > Wired LAN/Wi-Fi Status
- Network connected to the Wireless LAN Interface-P1
  
  Settings > General Settings > Network Settings >Network Status > Wired LAN/Wi-Fi Status
Enter the administrator password to log in as an administrator.
Select these menu items in the following order.

Print tab > Error Settings
Select the following settings.
- Paper Size Notice
  
  Select whether to display an error on the control panel when the paper size in the specified paper source is different from the paper size of the print data.
- Paper Type Notice
  
  Select whether to display an error on the control panel when the paper type in the specified paper source is different from the paper type of the print data.
- Auto Error Solver
  
  Select whether to automatically cancel the error after five seconds if there is no user interaction with the control panel.
Review the settings, and then click OK.
