Select the menus on the control panel as described below.

Initial tab
Select the tab you want to display first each time when scanning.
Quick Operation Button(Folder)
Set four settings you want to display on the Frequent screen when scanning using the To Network Folder/FTP menu on the control panel.
Quick Operation Button(Mail)
Set four settings you want to display on the Frequent screen when scanning using the To Email menu on the control panel.
Confirm Recipient
Check destination before scanning.
Document Capture Pro
When scanning using the To Computer menu on the control panel, set the operation mode and other settings to match the computer on which Document Capture Pro/Document Capture Pro Server/Document Capture is installed.
Operation Mode
Set the operation mode.
Select Client Mode if Document Capture Pro/Document Capture is installed on Windows or Mac OS.
Select Server Mode if Document Capture Pro is installed on a Windows Server.
Server Address
Enter the server address if you select Server Mode.
Group Settings
Enable group settings on the printer. Use this item when you have enabled group settings on Document Capture Pro.
When this is enabled, enter the group number in Group.
Email Server
Set the email server settings for To Email.
Select Server Settings to specify the authentication method for the printer to access the mail server.
You can check the connection to the mail server by selecting Connection Check.
Auto Reset
Reset the destination and scan settings after each scan.
Divide Email
You can divide the scanned image into a specified file size and send them using multiple emails. It is applied when using To Email in the scan menu or Storage to Email menu.
