Even if some ink cartridges are dented due to the vacuum packing process, the quality and quantity of ink are guaranteed, and they can be used safely. Do not open the ink cartridge package until you are ready to replace an old cartridge.
Although the ink cartridges may contain recycled materials, this does not affect printer function or performance.
