Shared Folder Access Control

Access

Select whether to allow users to use shared folders (fixed).

If you select Not Allowed, the Storage function is not displayed on the printer screen.

Operation Authority

If you allow the use of shared folders (fixed), select whether to grant the authority to create, modify, and delete user boxes only to administrators or to users as well.

If User is selected, the user can perform operations related to the shared folders (fixed).

If you select Administrator Only, the operation menu for the shared folders (fixed) is not displayed on the printer screen, and the menu will only be displayed when logged in as an administrator.

Automatic Delete Setting Authority

If you allow the use of shared folders (fixed), select to restrict automatic deletion setting of the stored files to administrators or users.

If the operation authority for the shared folders is set to administrator only, Administrator Only will be selected for this item as well.

Shared Folder File Management

Apply to All Shared Folders

Select this item if you want to reflect the contents of the document auto-delete settings for the public box set below to all shared folders.

This item is not saved and the check box will be cleared when the settings are sent to the printer.

Automatic File Deletion

Select whether or not to delete the stored files automatically.

Unit

If Automatic File Deletion is turned on, select whether to delete hourly or daily.

Period Until Deletion

If Automatic File Deletion is turned on, specify the day or time to delete according to the set unit.

Personal Folder File Management

Automatic File Deletion

Select whether to automatically delete files saved in Personal Folder File.

Unit

If Automatic File Deletion is turned on, select whether to delete hourly or daily.

Period Until Deletion

If Automatic File Deletion is turned on, specify the day or time to delete according to the set unit.

Additional Action

Delete File after Output

Select whether or not to delete files after printing or saving.

Access Control

Specify whether or not to allow the settings for deleting files after output to be changed.

When Allowed is selected, a checkbox is displayed on the File List screen and you can select whether or not to delete the file after printing or saving.

Access from Web Config

Set whether to allow the user to operate the Storage function from a computer using Web Config.

If you select Allowed, the user will be able to access and use functions on the Storage tab from the Web Config screen.

If you select Allowed when Logged in, you will be able to access the Storage tab when you log in using Web Config. You need to set up a user and password with the authority to access the Storage function in advance.

If you select Not Allowed, the user can only operate the Storage function on the printer.
