You can find bulletin boards in Fax Box > Polling Send/Board. Select the box for which the registered name is displayed. The name displayed on the box is the name registered in Unregistered Bulletin Board.
You can register up to 10 bulletin boards.

Name (Required)
Enter a name for the bulletin board box.
Subaddress(SEP)
Set the Subaddress(SEP). If the subaddress set here matches the subaddress from a receiving fax machine that supports subaddresses, the document stored in the box will be sent to that fax machine.
Password(PWD)
Set the Password(PWD). If the password set here matches the password from a receiving fax machine that supports passwords, the document stored in the box will be sent to that fax machine.
Box Open Password
Set or change the password used to open the box.
Delete Document After Sending
Setting this to On deletes the document in the box when the next request from a recipient to send the document (Polling Send) is completed.
Notify Send Result
When Email Notifications is set to On, the printer sends a notification to the Recipient when a request to send the document (Polling Send) is completed.
Delete Box
Deletes the selected box clearing the current settings and deleting all stored documents.
Add Document
Displays the screen for the Fax > Fax Settings tab. Tapping on the screen starts scanning documents to store them in the box.
When a document is in the box, Check Document is displayed instead.
Check Document
Displays the preview screen when a document is in the box. You can print or delete the document while you are previewing.
Select to display the page preview.

: Reduces or enlarges.
: Rotates the image to the right by 90 degrees.
: Moves the screen in the direction of the arrows.
: Moves to the previous or the next page.
To hide the operation icons, tap anywhere on the preview screen except for the icons. Tap again to display the icons.
Delete
Deletes the document you are previewing.
Proceed to Print
Prints the document you are previewing.
You can make settings such as Copies before starting printing. Note that some setting items require optional products.
2-Sided
2-Sided:
Set whether or not to print multi-page documents in the box on both sides of the paper.
Binding Margin:
Select the binding position for 2-sided printing.

Make settings for the following items.
Half Fold
Half Fold
Allows you to make the copies half folded.
Sheets per Fold
Specify the number of page for half fold.
Print Mode
Select whether the printing surface will be the inside or the outside of the paper when the paper is folded in half.
Tri Fold
Tri Fold
Allows you to make trifolded copies.
Sheets per Fold
Specify the number of trifolded pages.
Print Mode
Select whether the printing surface will be the inside or the outside of the paper when the paper is trifolded.
Binding
Select the binding position.
Output Tray
Select one output tray from the displayed options. This menu is displayed only when the staple finisher or the inner tray are installed.
Copies
Set the number of copies to print.
Select Page
Select the pages you want to print.
Delete after Printing
When this is selected, the selected document is deleted when printing is complete.
Start Printing
Prints the selected document.

This item is displayed only when there is a stored document in the box.

Save to Memory Device
From the items Forward(Email), Forward(Network Folder), and Save to Memory Device, you can select PDF or TIFF in File Format when saving or forwarding the document. When you select PDF, you can make the following settings in PDF Settings as necessary.

When the message Delete When Complete is displayed, select On to delete faxes after completing processes such as Forward(Email) or Save to Memory Device.
