The printer behaves as follows.

  • Ring tone rings

  • Communication error is sent to the sender

  • The action is recorded in Job History

    You can access the job history from the following:

    Job/Status > Job Status > Log

  • The action is recorded in Fax Log

    You can print the Fax Log from the following:

    Fax > (Menu > Fax Report > Fax Log
