Paper jam

1. Open the front cover.



2. Open the front carriage unit using the lever at the right side.



Note: If using an endorsement printer, open the receipt unit as well.

3. Remove the jammed paper.



4. Close the front carriage unit using the lever.



Note: If using an endorsement printer, close the receipt unit as well.

5. Close the front cover.



6. Clear the error from your system.
