Canceling Printing

If the printouts are not what you expected and contain incorrect or garbled characters or images, you may need to cancel printing. Follow the instructions below to cancel printing.

Press the Pause button, and then press the Job Cancel button for three seconds to cancel a print job in progress.

Double-click the printer shortcut icon on the taskbar, and then click Cancel All Documents on the Printer menu.

When canceling a specific document, select the document you want to cancel, and then select Cancel on the Document menu.

The print job is canceled.
