Form separation does not work as expected

Does the form you want to use for separation contain tables and lines?

If the form does not contain enough tables or the color of the tables and lines is faint, it may not be sorted correctly.

Did you scan a blank form when you registered the form?

To register a form to be used for separation, you need to scan a blank form.

Click Edit on the Job Separation Settings screen, and then re-register the blank form.

Did you scan at a low resolution?

We recommend scanning at a resolution within 200 to 600 dpi when registering a form and when performing form separation.

Are there any differences between the registered form and the scanned form?

If the scanned form is skewed, or the position or the size of the tables differ from the registered form, it may not be sorted correctly.

Did you scan mixed originals with a variety of different form types?

Select Fuzzy as the Matching Level on the Job Separation Settings list. This may reduce the number of pages marked as Unsorted.
