This screen allows you to make job saving settings.

File Name |
Set the file name of the image. You can enter up to 30 characters. Select a component you want to use for the file name from File Name Components. The selected item is added to the file name. You can use your cursor to specify where you want to add File Name Components. You can also change the order of components by selecting added items and dragging/dropping them. If you want to delete a component, select the added item and delete it using the Delete key on your keyboard. You can make detailed settings for File Name Components in Details. To add a barcode, OCR, or form item to a file name, click Details to set the item details, and then add the item to the file name. |
File Type |
Selects the file format to use when saving images. Option may be enabled depending on the file type. Click Option to display the Detailed Settings screen for each file type, and then make settings as necessary. |
Duplicate file setting |
Set the operation if a file with the same file name already exists in the save destination. If you select Show the confirmation dialog, a confirmation screen for the job processing method is displayed if a file with the same name already exists in the save destination. If you select Add counter strings to file name, a number starting with 1 is automatically added to the end of the file name if a file with the same name already exists in the save destination. |
Save in |
Displays the folder where images are saved. Click Browse to select the folder you want or to create a new folder. |
Apply job separation |
Select to enable the image separation function. Select Separator and click Separation Settings to select the type of separation you want to use. |
Separator |
Fixed Page: Separates the file according to the specified number of pages. Blank Page: Separates images based on blank pages. Disable Skip Blank Page in Scan Settings. Barcode: Separates images based on barcodes. OCR: Separates images based on text read using OCR (Optical Character Recognition). Form: Separates images based on the form type. File Size: Separates images based on the maximum file size. Patch Code: Separates images based on patch codes. Scans the printed patch code sheets between originals.
