Image Quality Options |
Set the compression level for JPEG images. The file size increases when a high resolution is selected. |
Encoding |
Select the encoding method. Standard: With this encoding method, images on the Internet are displayed sequentially from the top of the Web browser. It takes longer to load the whole view of the image. Progressive: With this encoding method, images on the Internet are displayed roughly at first, and then clearly in the Web browser. The advantage of this method is that the whole image is displayed and can be recognized at once, although at a low resolution. |
Embed ICC Profile |
Allows you to add an ICC profile (information on the color reproducibility of the scanned image) to the image. You can display colors in the scanned image correctly by opening the image with the profile added to the file using software that supports color management. |
