Make sure the computer is connected to the internet when deactivating the license. You cannot deactivate the license if you are not connected to the internet.
If you need to deactivate the license but the computer using DCP Enhanced OCR cannot connect to the internet, contact your dealer.
1Click Preferences on the Document Capture Pro top screen.
2Click the License Management tab, and then click Deactivate License.
A message is displayed informing you that the license will be deactivated.
3Check the message, and then click OK.
