Are you using a scanner that supports this software?
Some functions may not be available for your scanner.
Are you using the latest version of the software?
Re-install the latest software from the Epson Web site or EPSON Software Updater.
Have you activated the DCP Enhanced OCR license?
You need to activate the DCP Enhanced OCR license to use the features for which 
is displayed in the job settings for multifunction devices with scanning capability.
