The MRZ is not detected

Try using the correction function in Document Capture Pro.

If characters are not easily recognized by using the MRZ function during scanning, try using the Text Enhancement function on the Scan screen or the Scan Settings screen. This may help improve detection accuracy.

Also, they may not be recognized due to poor print quality such as blurry print data.

Has the correct area been specified?

If Specify Area is selected in Detection Area for the user-defined items setting, make sure that the entire area of the MRZ is inside the marquee.
