Signing in to Google Workspace to Authenticate Your Scanner

To sync with Google Workspace, sign in with your Google Workspace account using Web Config.

  1. Access Web Config.

    How to Run Web Config in a Web Browser

  2. Select the following menu.

    Network > Google Workspace > Sign In.

  3. ClickSign In .

  4. Copy the authentication code displayed on screen, and then click the URL displayed to open the authentication screen.

  5. On the authentication screen, enter the code you copied in step 4, and then click Next.

  6. On the Google sign in screen, enter your Google Workspace account details, and then click Next.

    When authentication is complete, the following screen is displayed.
