When Lock Setting or Access Control is enabled, 
is displayed on the control panel, and the functions are restricted.
In this situation, users cannot change the scanner settings, and only some functions are available. You need to log in to use the scanner.
Tap at the top right of the screen.
When the Select User screen is displayed, select the user to log in.
Enter the password to log in.
Contact your administrator for the user and password information.
A login complete message is displayed, and then the Home screen on the control panel is displayed.
To log out, tap 
at the top right of the screen or press the 
button.
