You can reset the administrator password to the initial setting from the product's control panel or in Web Config. If you have forgotten the password and cannot reset it to the default setting, in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, contact Epson support. In other regions, contact your dealer.
Resetting the administrator password also resets the user name.
