If the destination type is set to Email, you can register the destinations as a group.
Access Web Config, and then select the Scan tab > Contacts.
Select the number that you want to register, and then click Edit.
Select a group from Type.
Click Select on Contact(s) for Group.
The available destinations are displayed.
Select the destination that you want to register to the group, and then click Select.
Destinations can be registered to multiple groups.
Enter Name and Index Word.
Click Apply.
