בעת איפשור בקרת גישה, רק המשתמש הרשום יוכל להשתמש במדפסת.
גש אל Web Config ובחר את הלשונית Product Security > Access Control Settings > Basic.
בחר Enables Access Control.
אם תבחר את Allow printing and scanning without authentication information from a computer, תוכל להדפיס מתוך מנהלי ההתקן שלא הוגדרו עם מידע האימות.
לחץ על OK.
