  • Contact Epson Support for your new pickup roller.

  • The service life of the pickup roller is 50000 pages or 5 years on A4 size plain paper, whichever comes first. The number of pages is for reference only and may vary depending on the printing environment and the print settings (such as the paper type, paper size and borderless print options), and the actual figure may be smaller.

    Also, the expected service life differs when using genuine Epson paper and non-genuine paper.
