Try the following solutions.
You cannot access the Internet by Wi-Fi when the scanner and smart device are connected in AP mode. Disconnect the AP mode if you want to access the Internet.
If the data communication function for the smart device is disabled, enable it.
If the smart device is in airplane mode, disable airplane mode.
