Solutions If You Cannot Print or Scan by Wi-Fi Direct (Simple AP) / AP Mode from a Smart Device

Try the following solutions.

  • Check if AP mode setting is enabled on the scanner.

  • Check if the password for AP mode connection is wrong. You can check it on the label stuck to the scanner.

  • Check if the scanner is turned off. If you have set the power off timer on the scanner, the scanner turns off automatically after a certain period of time.
