Import the obtained CA-signed Certificate to the printer.
Make sure that the printer’s date and time is set correctly. Otherwise, the certificate may be invalid.
If you obtain a certificate using a CSR created from Web Config, you can import a certificate one time.
On a computer connected to the same network as the printer, open a browser and enter the printer's IP address.
You can check the printer's IP address using the following menu.
Enter the administrator password to log in as an administrator.
Select the following menu.
Network Security tab.
Select one of the following.
Click Import
A certificate importing page is opened.
Enter a value for each item. Set CA Certificate 1 and CA Certificate 2 when verifying the path of the certificate on the web browser that accesses the printer.
Depending on where you create a CSR and the file format of the certificate, required settings may vary. Enter values to required items according to the following.
Click OK.
A completion message is displayed.
Click Confirm to verify the certificate information.
