Checking the LDAP Server Connection

You can perform an LDAP server connection test using the values entered in LDAP Server > Search Settings.

  1. On a computer connected to the same network as the printer, open a browser and enter the printer's IP address.

    You can check the printer's IP address using the following menu.

    • Wired LAN or Wireless LAN
      Settings > General Settings > Network Settings > Network Status > Wired LAN/Wi-Fi Status

  2. Enter the administrator password to log in as an administrator.

  3. Select the following menu.

    Network tab > LDAP Server > Connection Test

  4. Select Start.

    The connection test is started. After the test, the check report is displayed.
