If you enable the Program Verification feature, the printer performs verification at start up to check if unauthorized third parties have tampered with the program. If any issues are detected, the printer does not start. This feature is available for the WF-4930 Series only.
On a computer connected to the same network as the printer, open a browser and enter the printer's IP address.
You can check the printer's IP address using the following menu.
Enter the administrator password to log in as an administrator.
Select in the following order.
Product Security tab > Program Verification on Start Up
Select ON to enable Program Verification on Start Up.
Click OK.
