Menu selection varies by a printer model.
For touchscreen models press the icon directly on the printer’s screen.
For non-touchscreen models use the arrow keys to select items. Then press OK.
Make sure the printer is powered on and ready to use.
Go to the printer and select
Wi-Fi Setup on the home screen, or press
on the printer.
Select Push Button Setup (WPS)/ Push Button (WPS).
Press the WPS button on the wireless router (access point). Then press Proceed or OK on the printer.
NOTE:
If the wireless router (access point) has no button, enable the WPS using the software supplied with your wireless router (access point).
When a completion message is displayed, press OK to finish Wi-Fi setup.
