Buttons and Functions

Turns the printer on or off.

Unplug the power cord after checking that the power light is off.

When a network error occurs, pressing this button cancels the error. Hold this button down for more than five seconds to perform Wi-Fi auto setup using the WPS push button.

Prints a network connection report allowing you to determine the causes of any problems you may have using the printer on a network. If you need more detailed network settings and connection status, hold this button down for at least five seconds to print a network status sheet.

Press this button to load paper or a disc.

Open the printer cover and press this button to replace the ink cartridge.

Hold this button down for five seconds until the button flashes to run print head cleaning.

Press this button to stop printing and eject the paper or disc.

Wi-Fi Direct (Simple AP) Setup

Hold down the and buttons simultaneously to start Wi-Fi Direct (Simple AP) Setup.

PIN Code Setup (WPS)

Hold down the and buttons simultaneously to start PIN Code Setup (WPS).

Disable Network Service

Turn the printer on while holding down the button to disable Epson Connect settings.

Restore Default Network Settings

Turn the printer on while holding down the button to restore the default network settings. When the network settings are restored, the printer turns on and the network status lights flash alternately.

Print Nozzle Check Pattern

Turn the printer on while holding down the button to print the nozzle check pattern.

Enable or disable the thick paper and envelopes feature

While holding down the button, turn the printer off and then on again. Enable this feature only when the printouts are smeared. When enabled the print speed may be slower. This is disabled by default.
