Printing on Preprinted Paper from a Computer (Windows)

1. Load preprinted or letterhead paper in the printer.

   The loading procedure is different for single-sided and double-sided printing because the side on which the front page (first page) is printed differs. When Letterhead Mode is enabled, the printing side for the front page (first page) is the same for single-sided or double-sided printing, but you must load the paper according to the method for 2-sided printing.

   Letterhead Mode is only available when Preprinted or Letterhead is selected as the paper type.

2. Open the file you want to print.

3. Access the printer driver window.

4. Select the paper size from Document Size on the Main tab, and then select Preprinted or Letterhead from Paper Type.

5. Select other settings on the Main and More Options tabs as necessary, and then click OK.

6. Click Print.
