When the access control feature is enabled for a printer, you can print from drivers after registering the user account on the drivers to which authentication information can be registered.
This section explains the procedure for registering a user account to a genuine Epson printer driver.
Access the Epson printer driver window.
Select the following menu.
Maintenance tab > Printer and Option Information
Select Save Access Control settings, and then click Settings.
Enter the User Name and Password provided by your printer administrator, and then click OK.
Click OK in each printer driver window to close it.
