Configuring Cloud Directory Service Settings

To save scanned data or received fax data to shared folders in an organization or school, you need to configure cloud storage settings by integrating with a cloud directory service such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

Configuring Printer Settings

Customize the paper feed device settings and print default settings to suit your environment. Select settings to use printing services provided by other companies.

Configuring Scanning or Copying Settings

Use the scan function from the computer, the scan to XXX function from the printer's control panel, and set the output destination for the copies.
