To save scanned data or received fax data to shared folders in an organization or school, you need to configure cloud storage settings by integrating with a cloud directory service such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. |

Configuring Printer Settings |
Customize the paper feed device settings and print default settings to suit your environment. Select settings to use printing services provided by other companies. |

Configuring Scanning or Copying Settings |
Use the scan function from the computer, the scan to XXX function from the printer's control panel, and set the output destination for the copies. |

Enabling Fax Features |
Connect to a telephone line and select the fax sending reception settings. |
