Remove the film before printing. This is especially effective when using the following types of paper.
Paper types: A6 size, envelopes, paper with an aspect ratio similar to Legal size, paper with horizontal grain (verify whether “vertical grain” or “horizontal grain” is indicated on the packaging).

Try the following if paper jams occur during 2-sided printing.
Set the printer driver's Quality setting to High.
Change the print pattern or lower the printer driver's Print Density setting.
