To sync with Microsoft 365, sign in with your Microsoft 365 account using Web Config.
Enter the printer's IP address into a browser to access Web Config.
Enter the printer's IP address from a computer that is connected to the same network as the printer.
You can check the IP address of the printer from the following menu.
Settings > General Settings > Network Settings > (Standard) > Network Status > Wired LAN/Wi-Fi Status
Enter the administrator password to log in as an administrator.
Select the following menu.
Network > Microsoft 365 > Sign In
Click Sign in with Microsoft.
Copy the authentication code displayed on screen, and then click the URL displayed to open the authentication screen.
On the authentication screen, enter the code you copied in step 5, and then click Next.
On the Microsoft sign in screen, enter your account details, and then click Next.
When signing in for the first time, you need permission from the signing-in user to register the enterprise application to Entra ID.
Use an account with a cloud application administratorrole or higher to sign in.
When authentication is complete, the following screen is displayed.
