Cannot scan

Is the scanner turned on?

Check that the scanner has been turned on. See the User’s Guide that came with the scanner for more details.

Is the scanner connected to the computer correctly?

Check that the cable is securely connected. Also, check that the cable has not been disconnected or bent into an unusual shape. See the User’s Guide that came with the scanner for more details on connecting the scanner.

Is EPSON Scan or Epson Scan 2 installed correctly?

Install EPSON Scan or Epson Scan 2 if it has not been installed. See the User’s Guide that came with the scanner for more details.

Is EPSON Scan or Epson Scan 2 connected correctly?

Check if there is a problem with the network connection for EPSON Scan or Epson Scan 2.
