Resetting the Number of Scans After Cleaning Inside the Scanner

After performing regular cleaning, reset the scan number on the control panel or by using the Epson Scan 2 Utility.

This section explains how to reset using the control panel.

  1. Tap Scanner Maintenance on the home screen.

  2. Tap Regular Cleaning.

  3. Tap Reset the Number of Scans.

  4. Tap Yes.

Note:

To reset from the Epson Scan 2 Utility, start the Epson Scan 2 Utility, click the Maintenance tab, and then click Reset in Regular Cleaning. If you cannot click Reset, select Regular Cleaning Alert.
