Use Epson Smart Panel to check the connection status for the smart device and the printer.
Search for and install Epson Smart Panel from App Store or Google Play if it is not already installed.
On the smart device, start Epson Smart Panel.
Check that the printer image or the remaining ink levels are displayed on the home screen.
When the printer image or the remaining ink levels are displayed, a connection has been successfully established between the smart device and the printer.
If the they are not displayed, a connection has not been established between the smart device and the printer.
Check the following if a connection has not been established.
The printer is not recognized over a network connection
Check the following if a connection has been established.
The printer is recognized, but printing cannot be performed.
