An Error Occurred While Using the App, and You have been Logged Out of the App

Solution

You can use your EGID to log in to each app (Epson Craft Designer / Epson Cloud Solution PORT).

The maximum number of devices that can log in with the same EGID is 10 devices for each app.

If more than 10 devices log in to the same app using the same EGID, an error may occur in the app, and you may be logged out.

If you need to log in to one app from more than 10 devices, create multiple EGIDs and log in with each EGID on no more than 10 devices.

If this occurs, an error is generated when ordering in Epson Craft Designer.
