Register a shared cloud storage folder (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, or OneDrive for Business) in the printer's contacts list as a destination for saving data.
On a computer connected to the same network as the printer, open a browser and enter the printer's IP address.
You can check the printer's IP address using the following menu.
Enter the administrator password to log in as an administrator.
Select the following menu.
Scan/Copy > Contacts
Select the contacts number you want to register, and then select Edit.
Select the type of cloud storage you want to register in the Type field.
In a separate browser tab, access the shared folder where you want to save data.
Copy the URL from the address bar in the browser tab.
Return to Web Config and enter the address you copied in step 7 in the Save to field.
Select other settings as necessary, and then click Apply.
