Setting Search Attributes for Microsoft 365 Contacts

Setting search attributes for your contacts allows you to search using the email addresses, fax numbers, and other details of users registered to the synced cloud service.

  1. On a computer connected to the same network as the printer, open a browser and enter the printer's IP address.

    You can check the printer's IP address using the following menu.

    • Network connected to the printer's built-in LAN port
      Settings > General Settings > Network Settings ( > Standard) > Network Status > Wired LAN/Wi-Fi Status
    • Network connected to the Wireless LAN Interface-P1
      Settings > General Settings > Network Settings >Network Status > Wired LAN/Wi-Fi Status
  2. Enter the administrator password to log in as an administrator.

  3. Select the following menu.

    Network > Microsoft 365 > Search Settings for Microsoft Entra ID (Contacts)

  4. Select settings as necessary.

  5. Click OK.
