Registering Contacts from the Printer's Control Panel

1. Select the following menu.

   Settings > Contacts Manager

2. Select Add/Edit/Delete.

3. Do one of the following:

   • To register a new contact, select the Add New tab, and then select Add Contact.
   • To edit a contact, select the target contact, and then select Edit.
   • To delete a contact, select the target contact, select Delete, and then select OK. You do not have to perform the following procedures.

4. Select the destination type from the options displayed.

   Note:

   You cannot change the type after registration is complete. If you want to change the type, delete the destination and then register it.

5. Select the number that you want to register as Registry Number.

6. Enter Name and Index Word.

7. Enter a value for each remaining item.

8. Select OK to apply the settings.
