Relay Function

Select whether to turn the relay function ON or OFF.

Restrict Relay Destinations

When relay destination restrictions are enabled, faxes are relayed only to relay devices registered in the contacts list.

Print Relay Results Report

Select whether to print a relay result report from Only on Error, ON, or OFF.

Reply Relay Results Email

Reply Relay Results Email

Select whether to receive relay results by email from Only on Error, ON, or OFF.

Attach Image

When set to ON, an image of the result report is attached to the relay result email.

Relay Reception Email Notification

Relay Reception Email Notification

When set to ON, relay receipt logs are sent by email notification.

Recipient

Specify the destination for sending relay receipt logs from the contacts list.

Relay Code

1 to 5

You can configure up to five sets of relay code and line settings.

Relay Code

Specify the relay code. You can enter up to 10 ASCII characters, excluding the following: control characters " ( ) , . : ; < > @ [ \ ] ` and spaces.

Line

Select the line to use for relaying.

The items displayed vary depending on the number of analog fax channels detected at startup. Select the option that suits your environment.

IP-FAX (LAN): Select this option when using IP fax.

Restrict Relay Domains

Select whether to restrict relay domains from Off, Allow List, or Block List.

Domain Name

You can add up to 50 domain names to the allow or block list.

You can specify domain names using between 1 and 254 single-byte alphanumeric characters and single-byte symbols (! # $ % & ' ( ) * + - . / = ? ^ _ { | } ~ @).

Added domain names are added to the list. You can also select a domain name to delete it.
