Scanning is canceled if I use other software while scanning

Depending on the software you are using, scanning may be unintentionally canceled during software operation.
  • If you want to perform other operations while scanning, make sure that the software, other than Document Capture Pro, is in focus before performing the operation.

  • If the solution above does not solve your problem, try changing the setting for the progress bar so that it is hidden during scanning.
