You can restrict users by registering user accounts on the scanner.
When Access Control is enabled, the user can use scanning functions by entering the password on the scanner’s control panel and logging in. You cannot scan if you do not log in.
You can scan from a computer by registering your User Name and Password in the scanner driver (Epson Scan 2). See the Epson Scan 2 help or the product's User's Guide for more details on configuring settings.
