Solutions When the Printer Does Not Turn On

The printer turns off automatically if it is not used for 20 minutes. Press the button to turn on the printer. If the printer still does not turn on, check the followings.

  • Check for messages on the computer or mobile device's display.

  • Check that the batteries have been properly installed. If the power still does not turn on, contact your place of purchase or the Epson Customer Support Center.
